The terms and conditions below regulate the use of the Bobblegun store localized on web address bobblegun.com. The conditions follow the statutory regulations of the Danish Act of Sales and other statutory Danish regulations concerning online consumer sales.

Shipping

Bobblegun ships from Denmark and to all countries.

For all deliveries inside of Denmark, Bobblegun use UPS and PostDanmark as their main shipping services.
For all international shipping Bobblegun use UPS.

Shipping inside of Denmark is free of charge.
The fee for international shipping varies between approximately 8-20 €, depending on the size of the piece ordered. Most orders of multiple pieces will have a shipping discount. To find out the shipping cost of your specific order, proceed to the Cart page.

Delivery of your order normally takes 3-5 working days for deliveries to shipping addresses inside of Denmark.

Orders from other countries will normally be delivered within 8 working days.

Payment

Payment is possible with all major credit cards or alternatively with a bank transfer.

We use Paypal for all credit card payments which secure a safe transaction.

Your payment needs to be in our possession 3 days after your order at the latest. The topic of the payment should be your order number so we can identify your payment.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Prices

The price of each product is stated in DKK / EURO inclusive of the Danish rate of VAT (25%) and all import taxes within the EU.

Local taxes

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

Privacy

The personal information you forward to Bobblegun will only be used in order to assure you the best service. A statistical log system is used at [webshop adresse], gathering information to help create a statistical picture of the number of visitors and hits to the website. The log system is only meant for optimizing the website for user friendliness and functionality and is completely anonymous.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process. We however take reservations for typing errors.

Return

You have the right to return your purchases in a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. Return is only possible if the purchased goods is returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. This implies that the goods are unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.

When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. Bobblegun will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after receiving the returned products.

Disclaimer

It is our ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this.

We cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the Bobblegun store can differ from their actual colors. Bobblegun cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Lack of conformity

If the purchased goods are damaged in any way or lacking the conformity stated by the contract by the time of delivery, contact us at [email] and we will under the rules of The Danish Sale of Goods Act remedy the lack of conformity if the complaint is rightful.

When contacting us explain in detail the lack of conformity. Complaints must be filled within reasonable time after delivery.

We will naturally refund shipping expenses in relation to a rightful complaint.
